Terms of Service
Shipping & Delivery
● Each pottery piece is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and secured with padding
to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please allow 3-7 business days to process
and pack your order.
● Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information to monitor
your package's status.
● If you haven't received tracking info or your order after the estimated delivery
time, please reach out, and we will resolve the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
● We take great care in packaging all items securely, but in the rare event that your
pottery arrives damaged, please contact Erin Dorsey Pottery within 48 hours of
delivery. Include all photos of the damage, including the box's exterior, and I will
work on a solution for you.
● The order can be refunded, or a replacement can be made, but the turnaround
time may be 4-6 weeks. Furthermore, I cannot ensure that the piece will be
identical to the original due to the one-of-a-kind nature of pottery, but I will try
my best!
Address Accuracy
● Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Erin Dorsey
Pottery is not responsible for delays or errors due to incorrect or incomplete
addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
● Due to the delicate and handmade nature of pottery, Erin Dorsey Pottery does not
accept returns or exchanges.However, if there's an issue with your order, please
reach out, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
Limitation of Liability
● By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept that our pottery pieces
are fragile and, as such, should be handled with care. Erin Dorsey Pottery is not
liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use, handling, or display of
our products.
● In no event shall Erin Dorsey Pottery be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to
use our products.
Product Use & Care
● Pottery products may be fragile and require careful handling. All products are
microwave and dishwasher safe, but I do recommend hand washing to ensure
longevity as dishwasher use will increase "wear and tear" over time.
● All Erin Dorsey Pottery pieces are made with stoneware clay, fired to a durab
cone 6 (2232°F), and glazed with food-safe and non-toxic materials to ensure
that they can be safely used in your home for years to come!
